Hi, I'm Kaye and I am a mummy to 3 beautiful children; a daughter and two sons; Sophie, Rio and Corey.
I am wife to Shaun, you may hear him being referred to on here as Shaun The Husband, so you'll never forget who he is, ha!
I'm 27, my husband is 25. Our children are 6 (Sophie), 5 (Rio), and 1 (Corey).
My family means more to me than I could ever hope to put into words.
I'm just a normal woman, I don't have a fancy house or anything like, I live in a three bedroomed mid terraced house. It is absolutely not my dream home but it is a house nonetheless. This is what we could afford when we were first time buyers in 2006. I have aspirations of one day being successful (at what I haven't a clue) and being able to afford a house with at least an acre of land in the form of a paddock or something. Oh, and my dream house must absolutely have an Aga. It must!
I love to bake, and I'm getting better at it too. I'm also starting to enjoy cooking now that I have more time.
Having recently become a stay at home mother and housewife, I am having to look for thrifty ways of getting by as although my husband earns a decent salary it would be nice to contribute by doing something I love. This website is just to share with you my achievements really, mostly cooking and baking I expect.
With the whole money-sensible thing going on at the moment I am intending to start crafting things myself, and learning how to cook something lovely without using the freezer shop!
I now have a sewing machine which I am slowly learning how to use effectively.
Anyway....I digress...
I hope at least one person finds this useful or interesting - I will be posting links to site updates on Twitter and Facebook, my contact information is in the "Contact Me..." section so please do take a look.
I look forward to filling this site with wonderful things and documenting how my skills grow.
